The rooms within the apartment are spacious and laid out in a comfortable manner, making this a great choice for couples. The modern home features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a spacious living room, and a bedroom.

With an abundance of parks, bars, galleries, restaurants and shops on your doorstep, the vibrant neighbourhood of St. Gilles is perfect for expats living and working in Brussels. As the European Commission, Institutions and universities are all easily accessible by the nearby metro and trams, this apartment is ideally situated for professionals. While St Gilles itself has a great deal to offer, the proximity to the city centre and the shopping hub of upmarket area Ixelles is also an added feature of the apartment. The size of the apartment is 70m2.

(pt) The apartment is excellently located in terms of public transport, ensuring that you will be able to travel around Belgium in next to no time. The European Commissions and Institutions are around twenty minutes by metro, Metro station Louise and Munthof are equidistant from the apartment at around 7 minutes walk and both connect with lines 2 and 6, which will take you directly to the European Institutions. The Faider tram station is 5 minutes from the apartment and will get you to Gare Central in the city centre in 20 minutes with line 92. Line 97 also leaves from here. Brussels Zuid train station is 20 minutes away from the apartment and from here you can be in Paris in no time, ideal for a quick break or work trip. Stephanie tram is around ten minutes away and connects with lines 93 and 94. Night bus service N12 can be taken from Bareet bus stop, around ten minutes from the apartment - - ideal if you wish to sample the famous Belgian nightlife in the city centre.
