(pt) This is a residence with 5 different types of semi-independent rooms available for rent. There is a total of 40 rooms spread over 4 floors. The residence has an interior and exterior side, but both sides are calm and relatively quiet. While there is no communal living room or shared kitchen, there are plenty of inexpensive restaurants and bars nearby where you can hang out with your housemates. This is a comfortable and affordable option for meeting like-minded people whilst living near the very centre of Brussels.
This residence has a choice of small, medium and large semi-independent rooms. Some come with private showers, and all have their own kitchenettes. No bedrooms have private toilets, but there are shared toilets on the ground floor. All rooms have recently been renovated, and they are painted in bright colours and filled with natural light.
The residence is located on Rue de la Constitution in the popular Schaerbeek neighbourhood. Université Saint-Louis can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, and you can get to Brussels North train station in 10 minutes. Just 2 minutes away, you will find the Chaussée de Haecht, a busy street which is home to several bars, restaurants and cafés. You will be living near many supermarkets including Aldi, Carrefour and a Colruyt supermarket.
