The owner has done a fantastic job modernising this apartment while maintaining the attractive historical features. This interior apartment offers a large living area, a separate kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. It is located on Calle Lucena, right in the city centre. This stunning neighborhood is a great place to live, with plenty of historic sites to be explored and close to a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. This apartment is located a minute away from the stunning Cathedral of Granada.

It has beautiful wooden ceilings and tiled floors throughout. - The living area is huge, and features a dining table with four chairs, a bookcase and a large sofa. - Finding space to store your personal belongings won't be a problem, with plenty of storage space available throughout the apartment, including a huge built-in wardrobe in the bedroom. - In the kitchen you will find a great selection of appliances as well as a range of accessories for cooking and dining. - The bathroom is modern and fully tiled. - All windows are double glazed, keeping the apartment silent and warm in winter.
