When you first walk into the apartment, you’ll notice the gorgeous wooden floors. The living rooms is bright and has a cozy couch and chair and book shelves. There isn’t a TV, but Wi-Fi is installed. The shared kitchen is long and narrow and comes complete with a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and plenty of storage for food, and counter space so that more than one tenant can cook at a time.
If you like to live in a place that is close to work, Chamartín is the heart of one of the city’s most significant financial and business districts. It’s not all work and no play here, though. Sports fans can take in Real Madrid games at the nearby Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, and music lovers can take an 8-minute walk to enjoy a classical concert at the National Music Auditorium. If you like to dine in, you can pick up everything you need at the Carrefour supermarket, which is only 5 minutes away. However, there are plenty of great restaurants right around the corner too.
