This great 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Skolas iela is on the 1st floor. It has beautiful wood floors and a modern open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room. The kitchen has white brick tiles, a counter table, and is fully equipped. The living room has a comfy sofa, TV, and 2 tall windows. The bedroom includes an armchair and wardrobe, and the bathroom has a shower stall and includes a washing machine.
Your new apartment in Centrs is just 20 minutes away from the historical center. This neighborhood was reconstructed at the turn of the 20th century. It’s filled with Art Nouveau architecture. It also has lots to offer. At Skonto Stadium, you can watch football games. Esplanāde Park, which is a 10-minute walk away, gives you the chance to have a picnic or stay fit with a jog or a stroll.
