This 30 m² studio available to rent is located in the district of Maskavas Forštate. The apartment has a mix of old and new, with some modern appliances and vintage decor. The main room has a wall partition, which allows you to have a separate bedroom/living room and kitchen. There is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people, a desk, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, oven, mini refrigerator, and an extendable table. The bathroom is unique with brick walls and a modern shower with body jets.
Maskavas Forštate is a residential district about 30 minutes south of the city center. You are very well-connected though, with several tram lines that take you directly into the city. On Firsa Sadovņikova iela, you have a beautiful park nearby, as well as coffee shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies. Living here, you have the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.

- We love the brick in the bathroom and the modern shower.
- The wall partition makes it feel bigger.
- You have plenty of storage space.
- The area is very well-connected by tram.
