A 1-bedroom apartment with an enormous balcony is available to rent in Rome's Parioli neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and bright, with plenty of storage space and heating / air conditioning. Everything in the kitchen is brand-new, including the microwave, the small fridge-freezer, the stove, the dishwasher, and the soon-to-come washing machine. There is also a small table with chairs in the kitchen. The bathroom is small but practical, and has plenty of room to get ready and store your things.
The quiet, relaxed Parioli neighborhood is the perfect place to experience busy Roman life without all the noise and stress. Parioli has lots of bars, restaurants, and unique shops to sample, as well as lots of parks. Considered one of the most luxurious parts of Rome, you'll be sure to enjoy Parioli from your incredible, large balcony.
What we liked the most
- The enormous terrace is the perfect place to relax in the sun, with excellent views of Rome and some historical monuments.
- The apartment is well-connected by the metro and by bus.
- The apartment is small but practical, with all of the appliances, storage spaces, and ammenities you might need.
- All of the kitchen appliances are all brand-new-- many are still in the packaging.
