This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment for rent provides a very cozy home with rustic and exotic decor. The main room is the combined kitchen and living room, which comes fully furnished and with all the cutlery, crockery, plates, and other cooking necessities tenants might need, and it is a perfect place to cook and entertain guests. The bedroom has high ceilings and beautiful garden views, making it a very peaceful room. Tenants have the option of using the lofted bed area, which fits a single bed, for sleeping, or they can put a double bed in the area below it instead if they prefer. There is 1 full bathroom.
Located 20 minutes from the historic center of Rome, Pigneto is a lively, authentic Roman neighborhood. Residents of Pigneto enjoy a variety of trendy restaurants and bars, as well as fantastic public transportation options. With iconic areas such as Navona, Trastevere, and the iconic Campo dei Fiori nearby, there is always something to see and do nearby in Pigneto!
