This 40 m², 2-bedroom apartment for rent offers a very cozy home with access to 2 different interior terraces. The apartment's biggest rooms are the 2 available bedrooms which receive plenty of light through the large terrace windows. There is a small kitchen that comes fully equipped and leads to the cozy bathroom with modern tiling.
The apartment is located in the peaceful and well-connected neighborhood of Monte Verde. Surrounded by small parks, this is a great choice if you're looking to live a bit farther out from the city. However, there are many public transportation connections to get you around.
What we liked the most
- Both terraces come furnished with outdoor seating – ready to be used for your outdoor meals or cup of coffee.
- Bedroom 2 was previously used as a studio, but is perfect to be used as a second bedroom.
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave oven, and a large sink.
- The bathroom is a bit small, but has nice wall tiles and storage space.
- The neighborhood has a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
- The closest train station is just a 10-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The main entrance to the apartment is a shared entrance with the apartment next door.
- Bedroom 1 has a loft single bed and a double sofa-bed underneath.
- One of the terraces is shared with the neighbors.
