This 35 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent to professionals and postgraduates only. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is constantly sun filled. The living room and kitchen are separated by a sliding door, so it is easy to cook and entertain at the same time. The living room comes with stylish decor which complements a very elegant and unique ceiling painting. The bathroom is en suite and has plenty of storage space.
The apartment is located in one of Rome's most picturesque neighborhoods, Monteverde. A residential neighborhood of mostly locals, you have a peaceful environment far from the crowds. You are very well-connected to the rest of the city, however, by train, bus, and tram.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern and stylish and comes with a TV and washing machine.
- The bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and a huge built-in closet.
- The bathroom is very elegant with a shower with colorful bathroom tiles and plenty of storage space.
- The apartment is seconds away from a bus stop and just 5 minutes from the regional train station.
- You have a supermarket on the corner of your street, so grocery shopping will never be an inconvenience.
Things to keep in mind
- The main hall entrance is also shared by another apartment.
- The bed is a loft bed, so you must use a ladder to reach it.
