This 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Cinecittà has stylish decor, modern amenities, and is perfect for up to 4 people. There is a large balcony which has access from the living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms. The living room is bright and spacious with plenty of seating and a dining table. There is a small kitchen, but it comes fully equipped and has a table perfect for eating breakfast. The full bathroom is completely renovated and comes with a bathtub.
The apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Cinecittà. The location is perfect with bus connections to Tor Veragata University and the line A metro stop. Less than 5 minutes away, you have a shopping center with a Carrefour supermarket, banks, and a pharmacy.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern and is very well-decorated including unique artwork in the living room and bathroom.
- The living room and balcony provide two comfortable spaces to relax or spend time with friends or family.
- Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and huge built-in wardrobe.
- The bathroom is very elegant with a modern shower and bathtub, artwork, and storage space.
- The apartment is well-connected to Tor Vergata University and the metro station by bus, but if you are not in a rush, they are both about a 20-minute walk away.
