An elegant, 65 m², 1-bedroom house with AC is available to rent in Rome's coveted Trastevere neighbourhood. This house is spread over several floors and is therefore unique and spacious. The interior of the property is historic, with wooden beams and exposed brick walls. The fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor, the large and cosy living room is on the floor above, and the bright bedroom is on the top floor.
This apartment is on Via Angelo Bellani in Rome's famous Trastevere neighbourhood. This is one of the most picturesque areas in the city, with winding streets and a plethora of bars, cafes, restaurants and independent boutiques. To reach other parts of Rome, you can take the train from Trastevere train station which is just 2 minutes away.
