This 40 m² studio on Via Tiburtina comes fully furnished and has the bed on a mezzanine level, making excellent use of space. The property is very modern but plenty of rustic shelving and window frames provides a great contrast and gives your home a lot of charm. There is a living area with a couch, a dining area and the kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you need to prepare your meals.
Living in San Lorenzo you will experience Roman counter culture, as it is one of few areas to offer a lot of street art, while enjoying a central location close to many of the city's classically famous sites. Popular with young people, the area is home to many students and is named as one the hippest parts of Rome. The streets outside your door are home to many restaurants and bars and you have a supermarket close by.
What we liked the most
- The studio is a nice mix of new and old. Its walls, floors and kitchen are very modern but it also features numerous antique details.
- The property is very bright and has tons of natural light.
- The bedroom is placed a mezzanine level, opening the apartment up and making great use of space.
- The location is in the city's hub for hip culture and it is also very central.
