Spacious property with two bathrooms and fully-equipped kitchen. This second-floor apartment has both heating and air-conditioning, so it is suitable for all-year living. There's plenty of storage space for clothes and other belongings.
The apartment is within the elegant residential Parioli district with plenty of open spaces and parks but still just 20 minutes from central Rome's famous attractions. The leafy district is home to the LUISS Guido Carli university, various foreign embassies and the grand Villa Borghese gardens with a stunning art gallery.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has the advantage of not being included in the Limited Traffic Area (ZTL), meaning you can park on the street either within white lines (free parking) or within blue lines (paid parking).
- The third bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for all three rooms.
