This 60 m² property is full of charm and character you'd expect living in a city such as Rome. The space itself is clean and modern, with fully furnished rooms and up-to-date appliances for ease of living. The terrace is what really makes this space special. It's very spacious and brings a lot of light into the property.
If you like wide, tree-lined avenues, and lots and lots of sky (who doesn't?) then this is the neighbourhood for you. Plenty of sun, but lots of leafy shade too. Theres a few local shops and other amenities – there's a swimming pool just around the corner – and a couple of minutes walk away, you'll find loads of useful places along Viale Leonardo da Vinci.
