This gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 5 people, as it includes a double and a single sofa bed, as well as the double bed in the living room. It is a tasteful, elegant space, with high ceilings and classy decor. The classically styled furnishings in the living room and bedroom don't mean the place isn't up to date though – the kitchen appliances are perfectly modern.
The apartment is on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, the main road running through the heart of the Centro Storico. This is the place to be in Rome; it's what people are talking about when they speak of the Eternal City. And does it live up to its reputation? Wander the ancient streets, sample excellent wine or pungent fresh coffee on the sunny terrace of a trattoria, and decide for yourself. We think we know what your answer will be.
