This gorgeous apartment is easy to love! The upstairs terrace is big and bold with beautiful views, and is perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and sun bathing as it is also equipped with a shower. A large, comfortable couch characterizes the living room, which has a shelf full of books to enjoy. The kitchen and bedroom are well-lit and welcoming, and include everything you need to settle into Italian life!
This property is located in one of the prime neighborhoods of Rome. Close by are multiple historic landmarks such as the Santi Sergio e Bacco, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The Park of Colle Oppio is also nearby, and is surrounded by several other historical sights, even the Colosseum! In this area you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, night life, museums, galleries, and more.
