This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Via della Tenuta Sant'Agata, Monte Mario covers an area of 78 m² and is nicely presented. The property is equipped with gas heating and has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven and dishwasher.
The apartment is away from central Rome, but you will find local shops, restaurants, a post office, banks and other amenities nearby. The Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore is located in the area, and you can catch a bus that can take you into the city centre right by the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in a quiet area.
- Bedroom 3 could also be used as a living room.
- There is good storage space throughout.
- The bathroom is spacious and nicely tiled.
- There are 3 supermarkets in the area, one of which is open 24/7
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- Some of the furnishings you can see in the photos belong to the landlord and will not be in the apartment when you move in. Unfortunately this includes the arcade machine in bedroom 2.
- The kitchen will come with a refrigerator, but it will be different to the one you can see in the photos.
