This 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent in San Basilio. It's spacious and comfortable, with 2 bathrooms, a large living area and equipped kitchen. The kitchen itself features a gas stove perfect for trying out your new favourite Italian recipes. The highlight of the space has to be the beautiful balconies that are accessed from the bedrooms and kitchen.
Located in the San Basilio neighbourhood, the apartment is situated to the northeast of Rome's city center. The area is quieter and more residential, away from the tourists! There is a shopping area as well as restaurants and bars located along Via Tiburtina, located less than 5 minutes away by walking. Additionally, there are bus stops and underground connections within walking distance.

- The outdoor balconies are amazing!
- The location is nice, quiet and away from the tourists.
- The bedrooms receive a lot of natural light.
- The kitchen is well-stocked and perfect for cooking!
