This charming 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Monteverde perfect for your stay in Rome. The outstanding feature is the balcony which has a lovely seating area with views over the roof tops of Rome. The living room has AC, sofa, mirrored wall. The kitchen is equipped with mini oven, 2 mini fridges, and gas stove top. The bedroom has a double mattress/bed, desk, open wardrobes, drawers and views to the courtyard. The bathroom is functional, with sink, shower unit, toilet and bidet.
Monteverde is known as a peaceful residential area, very close to Villa Doria Pamphili park. On the corner of your street you have Todis Super market, too many Pizzerias to count, restaurants and other shops such as pharmacies, banks and butchers are all within a few minutes walk. There are many transports around to get you into the city and there is a train station that has a direct connection to the Fiumicino Airport.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is lovely and is a great place to relax at the end of the day.
- There is air conditioning in the living room!
- There is gas cooking, which is the best form of cooking.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom has a double mattress on the floor.
- Washing is done in the common area.
