This ground floor 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Andrea Andreani is economically furnished, but has the essentials. From the front door, you’ll enter the open-concept kitchen and living space. Everything in the kitchen is brand new and it’s equipped with a fridge, stove and oven, and furnished with a 2-seat table. The area is cozy, but there is enough room to put a comfy chair. The bathroom, which has a shower stall, and bedroom, with a double bed and a large nook with storage for your clothes, are just off of the living space. There is A/C and heating throughout, and it has a spacious and gorgeous patio.
Torre Angela is a neighborhood where you can really immerse yourself in Roman residential life. If you attend school, University of Rome Tor Vergata is a 30-minute bus ride from your door, but only a 10-minute drive. Closer to home you’ll find a commercial shopping center within a 15-minute walk, as well as the Tor Bella Monaca Theater when you feel like a night out. There are a few large supermarkets and plenty of banks in your neighborhood, but there is also a small market, restaurant and florist just around the corner.
What we liked the most
- There is a wonderful outdoor patio, and although not furnished, you can easily find a few chairs and small BBQ so you can have a few friends over.
- You don’t have to walk more than a minute to find some fresh fruit and vegetables.
- There are large supermarkets, as well as a shopping mall just 15 minutes from home.
- Just a few steps away you’ll find a public park that you can stroll through.
