Spotahome's opinion
A peaceful 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the Aurelio area of Rome. The main open-plan living area is very spacious and has views of the sizeable communal swimming pool, which is set in a landscaped green area with plenty of trees. The space has parquet flooring and has a sofa bed. The kitchen is fairly small but is equipped with everything you need, including an electric hob, microwave and a mini oven. Finally, there is a double ensuite bedroom with air conditioning.
The location is very peaceful, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but it is very well served in terms of amenities and transport. A few steps away is a small retail park with a big supermarket, restaurants and a bar. Università Europea di Roma is also close by.
What we liked the most
- Just imagine lounging by the swimming pool in summer, maybe sipping an Aperol Spritz. It's a big pool too, and is surrounded by grass and trees. Peaceful!
- There is parquet flooring throughout.
- Central AC means the apartment will stay cool during summer.
- Parking is available.
