This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is truly stunning. The spacious 80 square meter property features a bright living area with a large bookshelf, sofa and dining table. This opens to an outdoor balcony with views of the city - the perfect spot for a glass of wine in the evening! There is 1 bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen, and the bedroom is accessed via a lovely staircase.
Located in the Trastevere neighbourhood, the apartment is in a hip, modern area, close to the River Tiber. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, such as Birrifugio, a popular bar on the corner. Additionally, there is a grocery market next to the apartment building, as well as a health club.
