A stylish 1-bedroom flat is available to rent in Rome's EUR area. The air conditioned living room has hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows leading out onto a spacious balcony. The kitchen is modern and sleek, with white cabinets. Finally, there is a tranquil double bedroom with a full-length window, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The property is located on an exclusive residential street just steps way from the picturesque EUR park and lake. On the other side of this park is a metro station, amenities like supermarkets and shops, and plenty of bars and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is large and the steps up to it make a rather grand entrance to the apartment.
- The street is picturesque and quiet and lined with trees. There is also a park and lake just a couple of minutes' walk away.
- The white cabinets make the kitchen look very clean and sleek.
- Air conditioning will keep you cool in summer.
- We like the hardwood flooring.
