The undoubted highlight of the property is a private terrace, fully furnished and measuring 75 m²!
Everything in this property is big from the spacious room to the flat-screen TV. In addition to the large terrace, you have a living room, equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom plus a smaller balcony.
Sandwiched between 2 large parks, and just a 10 minute walk to the various catacombs which make up the main tourist attractions of the area, this apartment in Tor Marancia is great if you don't mind a short commute and want a more tranquil alternative to the city center. You have several buses that stop nearby that will take you to neighboring district and the closest Metro stop. But on Via Giulio Aristide, you are just moments away from small shopping centers with plenty of restaurants and other basic amenities.
