This 1-bedroom apartment for rent in San Giovanni/Appio Latino has a sweet balcony! Great for enjoying the sun and a morning cup of coffee. It has beautiful parquet flooring throughout, making it easy to clean and cool in the summer times. The living room of this property has a sofa bed, dinning table for 4, a TV unit with lots of shelf space and a small TV. The bedroom is wallpapered and furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and full length mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, plenty of counter top space while the bathroom has a waterfall shower head, heated towel rails and even a washing machine.
The area is near Caffarella Park, which is dog-friendly with many archaeological ruins, plus a bird hide and biking/hiking paths. You are also near Supermercato Emme Più, cafes, restaurants and other amenities such as the Cinema Maestoso.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is spacious and has a balcony with a quiet outlook.
- We love that is is close to a large park, great for evening strolls, morning jogs and weekend picnics.
- There is a shopping mall, Happio, within a few minutes walk.
