This 60 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in San Giovanni is not only in an ideal location, but has views of the city from its 6th floor private terrace. The apartment comes fully furnished with art work throughout, creating a cosy and welcoming home. There is wood flooring and big windows that keep it bright and fresh. All the rooms are well-sized with plenty of storage space.
San Giovanni is a lively neighbourhood, ideal if you are looking to live among the locals. The apartment is located around the corner from Via Appia Nuova, which is lined with jewellery stores, clothing shops, and everything you can imagine to satisfy your shopping needs. There are cute cafes and tasty restaurants nearby, as well as a metro stop and several busses.
What we liked the most
- To have a private terrace in Rome is true luxury!
- We love the wood flooring.
- The bedroom is big and has a huge standalone wardrobe.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and receives lots of natural light.
- You are moments from Via Appia Nuova, great for shopping.
