This cozy 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the residential Monte Sacro district. The main room is furnished as a bedroom/living room that opens up onto a balcony. The room comes with a sofa bed, dining table, shelving, and several storage units. There is a compact kitchen, but it comes fully equipped and with plenty of cabinets. There is also a spacious bathroom where you can find a washing machine.
The apartment is surrounded by several residential buildings on the busy Via Conca d'Oro. Monte Sacro is a comfortable residential area providing a tranquil atmosphere with plenty of commercial streets and several parks. Right outside your door, you can find banks, grocery stores, and pharmacies.
