This 62 m², 2-bedroom house is located in the seaside town of Fiumicino. When you first walk on the property you find yourself in a spacious outdoor patio that comes with a large dining table, leads to a storage room, and is the perfect place to grow a garden. You can enter the house through the kitchen or living room which both come equipped and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides, providing plenty of privacy, in addition to each having access to a private bathroom.
On Via Salvatore Gattoni, this house is perfect for those who love the smell of the sea and the laid-back atmosphere that comes with it. You are just a 1-minute walk to the coast and the long Lungomare della Salute, which is the perfect place to go for a stroll and have a drink or meal with friends. You are about 30 minutes away from Rome City Center by car, but can easily reach it by train as well.
What we liked the most
- The spacious patio is the perfect place to entertain or enjoy Rome's sunny days.
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
- Each bedroom has an AC unit and a TV.
- There is a sofa bed, convenient for guests.
- There is plenty of space for your furry friends!
