The living room is the biggest room and extends onto a large terrace overlooking a lush green garden. The bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms, which both have direct access. There is a 2-room kitchen that comes fully equipped and has a corner that is the ideal laundry area.
Collina Fleming is perfect if you are looking for a calm and relaxed neighborhood. You are surrounded by several residential buildings and plenty of trees. Nearby are the Auditorium Parco della Musica and the MAXXI museum of 21st century art just across the river. The beautiful Parco di Tor di Quinto is also about 20 minutes away and is the perfect place to have a picnic by the lake. On nearby Corso Francia you will find plenty of bus connections, shops, and restaurants.
