This spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Via Germanico in Prati. With a generous 90 m² footprint, which includes a fully-equipped kitchen, and bedrooms with double beds, this apartment is well-equipped.
There are several stores within a 5-minute walk, as well as a few restaurants. Adrian Park and the beautiful Castel Sant'Angelo are only a quick 10-minute walk away as well. The Pantheon and Il Tempio di Adriano are both around a half-hour walk away as well, so there is plenty to explore.
What we liked the most
- There is a large wardrobe in each bedroom, so there is plenty of storage space for your belongings.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the cooler months, and AC in some rooms as well.
- The Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi is nearby.
- The apartment has beautiful wooden floors throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
