This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Via dei Conciatori is a colorful spot. As you open the front door, there is a small staircase up to the open plan space. Here you’ll discover a quaint room with a modern and equipped one-wall kitchen. It has a gas stove, ample cupboard space and there is a bright window beside it. The rest of the space is furnished with a sofa and 4-seat dining table. The apartment also has a washing machine. To the right of the kitchen is where you’ll find a fair sized contemporary bathroom with a shower stall. Comfortably furnished bedrooms are located on either side of the living area.
If you love to travel, living in Ostiense is the perfect spot. You’re not only well connected to Rome by the metro, buses and tram lines, but Roma Ostiense railway station is just 10 minutes away. For sightseeing, you’re close to the historic Porta San Paolo, as well as the Pyramid of Caius Cestius. Città dell'Altra Economia is a farmers market just 8 minutes away. A couple minutes up the street from there is Testaccio Market, which is another spot with fabulous food stalls. There are a few nearby restaurants and for an evening out, Cinema Greenwich and Vittoria Theater are just 10 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- Furnishing is economical, but the entire apartment has been renovated. Everything is new and there is a huge terrace.
- Only 10 minutes from the Roma Ostiense station, you can catch numerous urban trains.
- There a couple of colorful and wonderful food markets just up the street.
- You will find a number of bars, nightclubs and restaurants within a 10-minute walk.
