This cute 1-bedroom apartment is for rent on Via delle Montagne Rocciose in the EUR district. The property has an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a large bedroom, each with access to the balcony that runs the length of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and finished with an attractive dark wood stain. There's also a dining table, and a sofa.
This is the perfect location for anybody working in any number of big businesses and government ministiries in Rome – EUR hosts a lot of them! Because of this, there's always something to do in the area, whether it's a stroll down to the Giardini delle Cascate and relaxing by the lake, hitting the gym after a long day at a desk, or relaxing in one fo the areas many bars and restaurants. And when you need some of that beautiful history that Rome epitomises, Centro Storico is just a short Metro journey away.
What we liked the most
- The 2 main rooms are both spacious and bright.
- You can catch the sun all day, with the balcony which wraps around 2 sides of the apartment.
- The local area is full of useful shops, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around too.
- If you work in any of the large business complexes in EUR, you will have an easy walk to work.
