Available for rent in EUR, Rome is this 130 m², 3-bedroom apartment.
There is a stunning living room with marbled floors, sofas, chairs, and several chandeliers, as well as a dining table and a small, flat-screen television. It leads out onto a large balcony on which smoking is allowed, and which has a view of the street as well as lots of plants - it's a little green haven!
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery and also features a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, and a gas-burning stove, as well as another small dining table. The room also leads out onto a private balcony on which smoking is allowed. There is a third balcony which is shared by bedrooms 1 and 2, and there are 3 bedrooms overall, each of which can sleep 2 people. Bedroom 3, has a sofa bed, but it's (in our opinion) the best room in the house - there's a desk, a comfortable armchair, and shelves upon shelves for all your favourite books! Time to get reading!
The local area is residential, although there is a small supermarket and lots of bus stops nearby. The nearest Metro station is a 20-minute walk away but can take you almost anywhere in Rome, making this a great place for commuters!
What we liked the most
- There are 3 private balconies; talk about luxury!
- The living room has several gorgeous chandeliers.
- We loved the wooden flooring throughout the apartment!
- Bedroom 3 is like a room specifically for reading - we're jealous!
- There are bus stops serving over a dozen routes close to the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- Bathroom 2 is very small, and the bathtub is damaged. Fortunately the main bathroom is plenty big enough!
