In the heart of the central district of San Giovanni is this cozy and colorful 1-bedorom apartment available to rent. The 45 m² makes the most of all the space available with an equipped hidden kitchen and plenty of built-in shelving that blends in perfectly with the decor. The living room and bedroom both have exterior windows that let in plenty of natural light on sunny days. The living room also comes furnished with a couch, round dining table, and flat-screen TV.
On Via Statonia, you are on quiet cul-de-sac just seconds from the lively atmosphere of San Giovanni. Right around the corner you have a grocery store, several bars, and even a theater. A bit outside of the historical center, this neighborhood is well-connected and offers you a less touristy home. This means some amazing Roman dishes at great prices.

- We love how the kitchen doors have been used as decor.
- The bathroom is spacious and modern.
- The bedroom has a lot of built-in storage day.
