On the 7th floor of a building in Trieste district, this 2-bedroom apartment available to rent has a huge terrace and small balcony with great city views. The altitude and big windows keep each room of this property filled with natural light creating a cozy and cheerful atmosphere. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, great for relaxing and entertaining, with a cozy sitting area, large dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large bathroom with both a box shower and bathtub.
Trieste is a district north of Rome City Center. On Via Salaria, you are well-connected by public transport and can reach the center in 15-20 minutes. A more residential area, you also have huge parks nearby, including Villa Ada Savoia. Just a short walk away, there are also commercial streets where you can find plenty of clothing stores, sports shops, pharmacies, and other basic amenities.

- There is a balcony and a terrace!
- Bedroom 1 has terrace access.
- We love the big bathroom with a shower and tub.
- Modern amenities include a dishwasher and washing machine.
