Located in the lively San Giovanni district is this large 4-bedroom apartment available to rent. The apartment if fully furnished with well-sized bedrooms, 3 of which come with double beds and 1 of which comes with 2 singles. The main door opens up into the cozy living / dining room. But there is an additional dining table in the fully equipped kitchen. There are also 3 full bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite.
San Giovanni is a great neighborhood if you are looking for a more authentic and less touristy part of Rome. On Via Umberto Biancamano, you are conveniently located just 3 minutes from the San Giovanni Metro stop and the weekend flea market on Via Sannio. You are also surrounded by hair salons, grocery stores, art galleries, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- Some of the bedrooms come with a TV and AC unit.
- We love all the shelving in the corridor.
- Both Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have access to the terrace
- Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom.
- You are by a Metro stop and surrounded by shops.
