This spacious 2-bedroom apartment on Via Valentino Banal in Centocelle is a fully furnished, centrally heated, and has a washing machine. This 80m² is extremely spacious and comes with plenty of built-in storage. Lots of large windows let in plenty of natural light throughout the apartment, and you get a beautiful view of the city from the 13th floor.
In this area of Centocelle, you will be within walking distance to a post office and a shopping mall. There are also plenty of recreational sports parks and relaxation areas. The supermarket is a 15 minute walk away and there are banks, restaurants, and a metro station along the way.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very spacious and sunny.
- The bedroom comes with a desk - perfect for students. It also comes with a big built-in wardrobe.
- There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.
- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
- There is private, free parking on the property.

- The second bedroom has no bed - think of it as a shared space, a study, or a place for you and your friends to relax.
