Located on the 4th floor of a building in Gemelli, this 2-bedroom apartment is a bright and cozy home with a huge wrap-around terrace. The 55 m² property has a combined kitchen and living room, but the terrace comes with outdoor seating and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances, which include a dishwasher and washing machine.
Gemelli is a calm, residential district located about 45 minutes outside of Rome City Center. However, you have plenty of buses and the Gemelli Train Station that provide great connections. On Via di Villa Maggirani, you are 5 minutes away from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – great for professionals or students.
