This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Aurelio is a charming home perfect for 1 or 2 people. You enter through a lovely patio, which leads you to the combined living room and kitchen. There is a couch, dining table for 4, and an equipped kitchen corner. There is a door that takes you to the en-suite bedroom that has brick walls, a double bed, and plenty of storage space.
Aurelio is a residential district less visited by tourists but well-connected to all the hotspots. On Via di Monte del Gallo, you have the S. Pietro train station a short walk away, as well as stops served by several bus lines. You are also just a few minutes away from grocery stores, flower shops, and pharmacies. If you are looking for relaxed area with all your basic amenities, this is the place for you!
