There is access to a concrete patio from this apartment, so there is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The bathrooms are completely tiled and come with plenty of built-in storage, as well as a mirror.
In Borgata Trigoria, the apartment is close to everything you need. The nearest supermarket is a 6-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants and cafes along the way. The apartment would suit nature-lovers, as there is a large natural reserve nearby, or university students or workers, as the Bio-Medical Campus for the University of Rome is within walking distance.
