Spotahome's opinion
This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Statilia is a basement property. There is a long hallway when you open the front door. About halfway down and to the left is the bedroom. It’s spacious with a double bed, large wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with a shower. You do get a little natural light in this space from a window in the bathroom. At the end of the hall is the large, modern, and fully-equipped kitchen. A low wall partially separates the kitchen from the living and dining space. There are two small windows, and the room is furnished with a 4-seat dining table, TV, sofa bed, and a love-seat.
If you love history, then you’ll adore living in Centro Storico. History is everywhere! You can get to the Colosseum in less than 20 minutes. Lateranense Palace is just 10 minutes away. And you’re at the edge of Villa Wolkonsky Park. It’s the official residence of the British Ambassador, and a lovely spot for a walk. Not everything is historical, though. This is a bustling urban center, after all! You’re never far from a nightclub or bar. There are two theaters just south of your new home. And restaurants are abundant.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is built into Roman ruins, which is unique!
- You are within walking distance of some of the most famous sites in Rome.
- There is a SoloNatura grocery store across the street.
- From art galleries and theaters, to the Cinema Apollo 11 just north of your apartment, there is always something to do!
