This stylish 45 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Via dei Marsi in San Lorenzo. The sunny bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, while the kitchen has an oven and everything else you need to cook. This apartment also has lovely hardwood floors and a neutral decor throughout.
Food-lovers will love this location as there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance so you can try a new place every night of the week. If you're looking for the classic tourist spots of Rome, the Colosseum is just over a half-hour walk away, and the Palatino is just a little further.
What we liked the most
- The University of Rome La Sapienza - Faculty of Law is within a 20-minute walk, so it's great for students.
- There is a sofa and table and chairs in the kitchen so you've got space to relax outside of your room.
- This apartment is close to public transport so you can get around Rome easily.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the cooler months.
- This apartment has a spacious, well-lit bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink as well as some storage.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- This is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator.
