This charming 3-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Appio Latino, Rome. There is a kitchen with an oven and an electric stove which has access to a private patio, and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, bidet, and shower. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a single bed and 2 with double beds. All 3 have a desk and an independent key, and 2 of them also have a standalone wardrobe.
At the end of the road is the huge Parco della Cafferella where you can go for a run, take your pet, or have a picnic (or all three!). There are shops and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk, and a Metros station which can take you elsewhere in Rome.
What we liked the most
- You will have a private terrace.
- Both pets and smoking are allowed.
- The bedrooms have independent keys, so you'll be able to enjoy more privacy.
- There is a huge park at the end of the road.
