This 45 m² property offers a beautifully decorated living room with sofa and dining table, and a small fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is ensuite with a shower and washing machine, and comes off the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed.
Located in the Centro Storico area, this property is right in the heart of Rome, and is surrounded by everything that the city has to offer. The Giardini del Quirinale Garden is just across the road from this property, and offers a beautiful space to get some fresh air and exercise. There is a huge range of shops and eateries within walking distance of this property, with the nearest supermarket less than a minute's walk away.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook.
