This 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Morena is perfect for both students and professionals. The 80 m² property has a cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen, both with exterior views that fill them with natural light. The living room also opens up onto a balcony overlooking the street below. The 2 bedrooms differ in size but come furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Morena is a residential district located about 1 hour outside of Rome City Center by bus. The location is ideal if you work or study at Tor Vergata University, which is about 15 minutes away by bus. Within walking distance, you have banks, restaurants, bars, and small shops. So, you have everything you need for your daily errands.
What we liked the most
- We love how bright the apartment is.
- The balcony is the perfect place to sit out and relax.
- You have a bus stop right across the street.

Things to keep in mind
- The TV and table seen in the living room will be removed before move-in.
- Please note that tenants were living in the property at the time we visited. The previous tenants' belongings seen in the photos will be removed before you move-in.
