This gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Via del Portico d'Ottavia in Centro Storico. This apartment has beautiful furniture throughout the living area and a TV. The kitchen is cosy with plenty of storage space and next to this is the bathroom which is well-equipped with shower/bath, sink and toilet. Both bedrooms have double beds however the second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
This apartment is located in a beautiful part of Rome and is surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets and fast food outlets. There are galleries and libraries in the area as well as a gym.
What we liked the most
- At the end of your street is a park called Piazza Benedetto Cairoli that has statues and luscious green trees.
- Every kind of store is within walking distance from health foods to furniture.
- The apartment is very spacious and has large windows letting in natural light.
- There is an elevator in the apartment building to make it more accessible.
- This apartment has a small balcony, which would be nice to sit out on and read a book or eat breakfast.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no clothes dryer in this apartment and a rack may be necessary in order to dry washing.
- There is no parking available with this apartment, however the public transport is excellent in the area and many things are reachable on foot.
