This nicely presented one bedroom apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a total floor area of 60 sqm and features one double bedroom, a bathroom, a living area and a separate kitchen. One of the nicest features of this home is the large balcony overlooking the street. In it you will find two outdoor chairs, so you can sit outside and read the newspaper or you can even use this outdoor space to grow your own herbs for cooking. This apartment is located in a nice residential neighborhood, close to Via della Magliana and within walking distance to a train station.
What we liked the most
- The living area is surprisingly large for a one bedroom apartment. It receives good natural light and it is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, a dining table with six chairs and a large entertainment unit where you will find a TV, a stereo, and some books.
- There is a large window in the living area overlooking at a park with a football field.
- The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a large closet.
- The bathroom offers good storage space for your toiletries and has a bathtub.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, and it has a small dining table.
Things to keep in mind
- One of the sofas in the living area opens up to create a double bed.
