This is a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on Via Ripense right in the heart of Rome's Trastevere area. Filled with winding streets and charming shops, the neighborhood is one of the most authentic districts in the city. The apartment itself is very quiet as the majority of the windows look over a very luminous and big interior patio. The entryway to the home has a lot of beautiful wooden furniture which adds a traditional feel to the apartment. The flat is fully furnished, including a dining room table in the living room which you can unfold and make larger in case you have guests over for dinner. The John Cabot University is located a mere 15 minute stroll from this 60 m2 flat, so those studying in this Eternal City will certainly benefit from making this apartment their base!
What we liked the most
- The entryway has many nice old-fashioned wooden antiques which adds a more traditional feel to the home.
- There is a very picturesque view of the interior courtyard from the kitchen.
- You can unfold the table in the family room to make it bigger in case you decide to have friends over for a dinner party.
- The living room has plenty of sitting space has it has both a big comfortable couch in addition to 2 armchairs.
- Bedroom #1 has a huge and stylish red wardrobe for all your clothing.
Things to keep in mind
- There is currently no TV in the apartment, but the landlord will provide one for the tenant.
- The landlord will help the tenant install a Wi-Fi service.
