This delightful one bedroom apartment is full of charm and personality, being located in an attractive older style building that has being tastefully renovated. Spreading out over two floors, you will find the living area and the kitchen on the ground floor, and the bedroom and one bathroom upstairs. With two double beds available, this cool apartment can sleep up to four people. This exterior flat has a floor area of 70 sqm and is located on Via del Mattonato, in the lively neighborhood of Trastevere, where you can enjoy of some of the best nightlife in town. A seven-minute walk will take you to the large park Passeggiata del Gianicolo, from where you can enjoy of stunning panoramic views over Rome.
What we liked the most
- There are unique design elements throughout the apartment, but we particularly love the quirky detail of the wallpaper in the kitchen explaining the meaning of different hand gestures made by Italians.
- The living area is cozy and very stylish, furnished with a vibrant blue sofa, and a high wooden table with four stools.
- Finding space to store your personal belongings won't be a problem, with a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway on the first floor, and another one in the bedroom.
- The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and there is a separate mezzanine floor within this room where you will find a double mattress placed directly on the floor, giving you the option to accommodate two extra people.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small, and the microwave, cutlery, plates and cooking utensils are stored in a cabinet in the living area.
- The TV is located in the bedroom, allowing you to watch your favourite show from the comfort of your bed.
- The bathroom is upstairs, and is accessed via the bedroom.
